[Candace made her way to the mall to wait for the little girl who looked in desperate need of a makeover to girly her up and make her look fresh and pretty - or so Candace thought. Sitting and staring at her little brother Ferb all day was not a fun way to spend Samara's time so of course the mall was the answer!]
